To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria: a) The product was purchased directly from Aesthetic and Cosmetology Academy Pvt Ltd. b) The request for a refund is made within 7 days before the date of appointment. c) A valid reason should be provided along with the request to cancel the appointment. d) The product does not fall under promotions category stated as non-refundable.
1.2. Please note that some products / services may have additional eligibility requirements specified on their respective product pages.

2.1. The following items are non-refundable:
a) Special promotional services b) bundles offers d) Products classified as final sale, clearance, or marked as non-returnable.
